For other’s it’s about the triumphs, celebrations, lives lived, and everything in between. Please give your preferred date for the session and include how many people will be in the largest shot. Please keep in mind that Trina schedules most Friday early evenings as well as Saturday and Sunday mornings and early evenings. Exceptions can be made.

SESSION AGREEMENT

SESSION DETAILS: Client is guaranteed up to 60 minutes of shooting time for up to 6 individuals unless otherwise approved by Photographer. Each session will be outdoors in a natural light environment unless The Studio is booked in advance (an additional fee required and due at time of booking). All mini sessions will be a minimum of 30 lightly retouched images.

DEPOSITS ARE ALWAYS REQUIRED: In order to secure bookings, a 50% Deposit plus the cost of any additional items (such as use of The Studio) is due to at time of bookings. Dates cannot be held without a deposit. In the event of Client cancellations without rescheduling the deposit will be forefit. However, with forty-eight (48) hours notice of cancellation each deposit is transferable and good for One (1) reschedule for the Client. If the Photographer needs to reschedule, that does not affect the Client's "One Reschedule."

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is required). Notwithstanding the forgoing, Photographer understands the "life happens" please maintain open communication with Photographer and grace can be extended at Photographer's discretion.

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no issues.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Trina Cameron-Rothman and Storyteller Photography by Trina Rothman.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)
